Food: grilled sockeye salmon with dill and pasta with roasted tomato, lemon and shallot
For pasta: Put tomatoes, garlic, onions and shallots on cookie sheet with olive oil and sea salt. Roast at 350 for about 15-20 mins. Toss over pasta of choice and add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest from one lemon, sea salt and some chopped basil.
Salmon was rubbed with a little country style Dijon, olive oil and sea salt, topped with fresh dill.
